Op 30 november 2023 gaf Jos Blank een lezing voor het Institute of Public Finance met als onderwerp ‘Productivity and efficiency of Dutch central government departments in the period 2012–2019’.
De lezing was gebaseerd op het artikel Productivity and efficiency of central government departments: a mixed-effect model applied to Dutch data in the period 2012-2019, dat hij schreef samen met Alex van Heezik en Bas Blank en dat werd gepubliceerd in Journal Public Sector Economics.
