The foundation focuses on promoting scientific research with a strong empirical character and focuses on quantitative analyses of the effects of policy and management on the efficiency of the public services. The foundation uses an extensive national and international network of experienced researchers in the field of productivity measurement. These researchers apply state-of-the-art models and statistical methods. This applies especially to applying cost models and estimating these models with so-called frontier methods.
